Points can be earned in the following ways:

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on all net purchase transaction dollar amount.

Earn bonus points on featured merchant offers within the Loyalty Rewards site.

Redeem points through online banking for cash and merchandise, such as:

  • Travel: hotels, airline tickets, rental cars, and cruises.
  • Gift Cards: restaurants, gas cards, music, travel, and more from top retail stores.
  • Cash: Receive Cash Back credit

Log into Online Banking

A minimum of 1,500 points must be available before points can be redeemed. It can take up to 45 days for points to be credited to your Loyalty Rewards account. Reward points will expire after 3 years.

  • What is Loyalty Rewards?
  • It's a rewards program that earns you points every time you use your West Suburban Bank Visa Rewards card. You can also earn additional points for shopping at participating retailers with your card. Redeem your points for any reward of your choice from a vast online catalog.
  • How do I get started?
  • Log into your online banking, select the credit card tab, from there you will be able to select the Loyaty Rewards button to get started
  • Do I have to enroll my card in order to earn rewards?
  • No. Your card automatically earns rewards on eligible transactions. However, in order to manage your rewards, you need to create your User ID and password by clicking on the Loyalty Rewards button within the Credit Card tab.. Once you set up your User ID and password, you will be able to get to the rewards site within online banking without having to enter your information.
  • How do I earn points?
  • You earn points every time you use your card for a purchase. You can also earn additional points for shopping at participating retailers, in-store, or online through the Loyaty Rewards site.
  • How can I track my points?
  • We keep track of your points for you. Once you set up your User ID and password, you can select the Loyalty Rewards button within the credit card tab in Online Banking. You can check your points balance anytime.
  • What can I redeem my points for?
  • It's your choice! You can redeem your points for thousands of options. It all depends on your personal preferences. You can get event tickets, electronics and hi-tech gadgets, spa treatments, apparel, airline tickets, activity vouchers, cash back - the list goes on and on. Browse the redemption section to see all the exciting options available to you.
  • Can I redeem my points for cash back?
  • Yes, you can redeem your rewards for cash back. Cash back rewards will be redeemed in the form of a credit on your Consumer or Business Visa credit card statement within five (5) business banking days after the redemption request was made. Rewards cash back credit will process as a payment and reduce the balance on the account. The cash back credit applied to the account may not fully satisfy the payment amount due, if the minimum due is greater than the cash back rewards applied.
  • When can I redeem my points?
  • It may take up to 45 days for your points to be credited to your account. A minimum of 1,500 points must be available before points can be redeemed. After that, you can redeem for any number of amazing items.
  • When I redeem for a product, can I ship my redemption to an address other than the one West Suburban Bank has on file?
  • No, for security purposes, your reward will be shipped to the address we have on file with your Rewards Card. We want to protect your rewards and ensure it is truly you enjoying the benefits of your points earned.
  • What will happen to my points if my card is lost or stolen?
  • If your card is lost or stolen and a replacement is issued, points will automatically be transferred to the new card. Once you receive your new card, you will automatically continue to earn rewards. However you will need to add your new card to the Loyalty Rewards website with your new card information.
  • Do my points expire?
  • Points will expire 3 years after you earn them. There is an alert feature in Loyalty Rewards to remind you when your points are nearing expiration.
